I was double charged

We sincerely apologize if your were double charged for any reason. Please contact support@tradebit.com with your payment information, and the product ID of the item you ordered. If you paid through paypal please be sure to include your paypal email address and the transaction ID's. If you paid by credit card please include the name on the card and the last 4 digits of the card number. We will refund the duplicate charge(s) as soon as possible.

Important: Do not open a paypal dispute right away. This is the slowest option for receiving a refund. Contact support@tradebit.com. Paypal disputes will cause a delay and could result in the seller blocking you from future purchases.
