I did not receive my download code via email

If you did not receive your download code via email, please try the following:

1. Check your spam or junk folder for anything from @tradebit.com.

2. Visit Missing Download Codes & Support and scroll down. Here you can search by your product ID and email address to find your download code. If you paid through paypal, please be sure to enter your paypal email address.

3. If both of the above options fail, please contact support@tradebit.com with your payment information, and the product ID of the item you ordered. If you paid through paypal please be sure to include your paypal email address and the transaction ID. If you paid by credit card please include the name on the card and the last 4 digits of the card number.

Important: Please do not try ordering the item again. This will result in duplicate charges and could de-activate the first download code. Our support team will respond within a few hours to your request.
